Terms of Service

VendSheet is a vending-operations management service provided by Rainey Web Co. (“VendSheet,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using vendsheet.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you use VendSheet on behalf of a business, you accept these terms for that business.

VendSheet helps vending operators manage locations, machines, products, inventory, service trips, and machine telemetry. Features may change as the service evolves; we will not materially reduce core functionality your operation depends on without reasonable notice.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Organization owners and admins control who joins their organization and what role each member holds; you are responsible for the access you grant your team. Keep your contact email current — it is how we reach you about the service.

The operational data you enter or your machines report belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data in order to provide the service — nothing more. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• attempt to access another organization’s data;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service to violate any law or third-party right;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

Inventory counts, projections, forecasts, and pick lists are working records and estimates built from the data you and your machines provide. They are tools to help you run your operation — not guarantees. Verify counts independently where accuracy matters; we are not liable for stocking, purchasing, or routing decisions made from the service’s numbers.

VendSheet is currently provided without charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, you will get clear advance notice and pricing before anything is billed. We will not silently convert a free account into a paying one.

We work to keep VendSheet fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without an uptime guarantee. We may modify or suspend the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

You may stop using VendSheet and request deletion of your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other customers; where practical, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account owners by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
